Name:Nasturtium aka Tropaeolum majus
Appearance: The flower of the Nasturtium has five petals that can vary in colour from cream, red, orange, yellow and burgundy. The leaves of the plants look almost like large lily pads, with white lines starting from the middle and working out to the edge of the leaf.
Storage: This plant can be eaten fresh or dried. However, it is most delicious when eaten fresh.
Best time to forage: Flowers from summer through to autumn.
