Greater Stitchwort


This plant can grow up to 60 cm in height. It is found in abundance on banks and verges, and is quite distinguishable from other plants. The leaves are long and thin, topped with a flower on each stem. The flower has five white petals, each shaped like a plump ā€œVā€ with a yellow centre.

Whenever available.


Can be eaten fresh or dried.
